The role:

The Solutions Engineer will be responsible for supporting clients in implementing and optimizing software solutions, managing system integrations, and collaborating with both clients and internal teams to ensure successful project outcomes.


What you will do:

  • Designing and installing customized software solutions for the customer needs, goals, and technical requirements for the implementation
  • Create implementation plans based on gathered requirements
  • Lead the implementation process by configuring, installing and integrating the company`s products or services
  • Providing post-installation follow-ups, and technical guidance and support during the implementation phase, troubleshooting issues to align with their business process.
  • Act as a liaison between the client, sales team, product development, and support teams, ensuring clear and effective communication throughout the implementation process.
  • Conduct training sessions for client stakeholders on how to use and maintain the implemented solution.
  • Create documentation, manuals, and guides to assist clients in understanding and using the product effectively.

  • Testing the performance of the installed system, fixing bugs, and quality checks to ensure that the implemented solution meets client`s expectations and complies with the predefined standards.

What we are looking for:

  • Bachelor’s degree, preferably in computer science, engineering or software engineering.
  • Fluency in English
  • Previous work experience on related areas
  • Good communication skills.
  • Ability to create big-picture software solutions.
  • Ability to present ideas in a clean, user-friendly way.
  • Problem-solving skills
  • Attention to detail.
