• Play a pivotal role in bridging the gap between our customers' business needs and our cutting-edge analytics software solutions. You will be responsible for gathering, analyzing, and translating business requirements into actionable insights and software features that drive business growth and efficiency.
• Design and administer application software configuration to meet the business process design and application requirements
• Write and maintain system documentation, process maps, test scripts, use cases, user stories, root cause analysis, and high level integration and data flows
• Participate on cross-functional teams to support and define business and technical requirements, operational processes, application strategy and project/product implementation.
• Write and utilize light-weight scripting and file formatting utilities/configurations in support of applications and customer specifications
• Passionate in spotting error/s, thinking of solutions and proceeding with the necessary actions.
• Highly involved in group discussions and requires thinking outside the box to provide ideas for the topic/project/task at hand.
• Provides critical analysis on technical issues encountered.
• Collaborate with team members in integrating various components built for the web application.
• Become Expert in system installations, data integration/migration templates, and deployment procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure accuracy and reliability of API responses.
• Present results in an easy-to-read format.
• Clearly identify any discrepancies or differences encountered during the testing process.
• Provide an easy way to manage test scripts/items, including updating baselines and adding new scenarios as needed.
• Collaborate with the development team to ensure timely resolution of defects
• Perform regression testing to verify resolved issues
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to test planning and strategy

Scope: Perform regression testing on the backend, specifically evaluating the consistency of API returns across various calls.
