You’ll Support Meaningful Work By:

• Understanding business needs and developing reports and dashboards to meet those needs
• Creating reports and dashboards by extracting, integrating, and analyzing data from source systems (e.g., SAP, databases, Qualtrics) and presenting it using visualization tools (e.g., Excel, Tableau)
• Interpreting findings to identify the most significant insights and trends
• Administering surveys, focus groups, and interviews to gather workforce data
• Collecting and synthesizing stories and qualitative data from employees to visualize experiences and insights
• Participating in Think, Foresight, and Design Thinking projects to improve work experiences
• Supporting the creation of compelling, visual scenarios about the future of the workforce using strong communication and design skills

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, Human Resources, Math, IT, or related field
• Advanced English proficiency
• 0–2 years of experience in a similar position
• Intermediate skills in data tools/software (e.g., Excel, Tableau, PowerBI)

Desired Skills and Experience:

• Experience with workforce data and HR systems (especially SuccessFactors), practices, and concepts
• Strong attention to detail and ability to analyze and visualize data
• Ability to use and learn data tools/software (e.g., SAP, SAP BW, Qualtrics, Excel, Tableau, SuccessFactors)
• Good understanding of qualitative and quantitative analysis, including descriptive and inferential statistics
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of data-oriented programming languages (VBA or Python)
• Proven ability to translate information into business insights that inspire action
• Design Thinking, graphic design, and storytelling skills (desired)
