We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as CITRIX Administrator.


Senior Citrix administrator who can manage the Citrix Desktop/Application (Cloud) solution, which provides virtualized desktops and applications to end-users. A Citrix administrator is responsible for provisioning, de-provisioning, updating, troubleshooting, and securing the Citrix environment and the applications running on it. A Citrix administrator also monitors the performance, availability, and usage of the Citrix solution and reports on it. Citrix administrator need to work closely with end-users, business stakeholders, and other IT teams to ensure the Citrix solution meets the business needs and SLAs.


  • Proficient in Citrix Desktop/Application (Cloud) solution.
  • Experience in implementation, administration and troubleshooting experience

on Citrix systems, including Provisioning Server (PVS), XenApp and XenDesktop.

  • Knowledge of Netscaler, Gateway service, Director tool, Web interface, and App Streaming.
  • Hands-on experience in operating and maintaining Citrix infrastructure (License

server, Storefront, Delivery Controller, Citrix Director, VDA Machines).

  • Hands-on experience in application deployment via SCCM.
  • Knowledge of Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, VMware, Azure, and other cloud technologies.
  • Knowledge of MCS, PVS, and Server Build technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with Citrix VDI environment.
  • Scripting commands to pull reports (PowerShell or similar).
  • Experience with DHCP console in managing the IP’s of VDA machines.
  • Have understanding on Ivanti workspace manager how the policies are managed

through registry settings.

  • Configuring license server and renewal/update licenses.
  • Ability to create and manage XenApp policies and privileges.
  • Ability to customize the Citrix environment based on business requirements.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve Citrix issues and incidents.
  • Ability to perform application updates, changes, and migrations.
  • Ability to manage user profiles and access provisioning.
  • Ability to secure and monitor the Citrix environment.
  • Ability to perform capacity planning and analysis of the Citrix environment.
  • Ability to communicate and coordinate with end-users and other IT teams.
  • Ability to create and maintain knowledge articles and documentation.
  • Ability to drive the support teams to meet SLAs for infrastructure uptime.
  • Ability to make recommendations on enhancements and performance issues.


  • Provision and de-provision desktops and applications in the Citrix environment.
  • Manage and maintain the Citrix infrastructure and services.
  • Apply patches and updates to the Citrix environment and applications.
  • Perform backup and restore operations for the Citrix environment and applications.
  • Monitor and report on the performance, availability, and usage of the Citrix solution.
  • Identify and troubleshoot Citrix issues and incidents and escalate them as needed.
  • Implement and enforce security policies and best practices for the Citrix environment and applications.
  • Manage and optimize user profiles and access rights for the Citrix solution.
  • Customize and configure the Citrix environment and applications based on business requirements.
  • Perform application testing, validation, and migration in the Citrix environment.
  • Coordinate and communicate with end-users and other IT teams regarding the Citrix solution.
  • Create and update knowledge articles and documentation for the Citrix solution.
  • Drive the support teams to meet SLAs for infrastructure uptime and customer satisfaction.
  • Make recommendations on enhancements and performance issues for the Citrix solution.
  • Perform capacity planning and analysis for the Citrix environment and applications.
