Mobile Health Team Inc., a U.S.-based healthcare staffing agency headquartered in Chicago, Illinois, is hiring experienced, English-fluent Healthcare Recruiters based in Mexico.

This role is perfect for recruiters who are confident communicating in English, able to work overnight U.S. hours, and thrive in a performance-driven environment.

Position Details

Job Title: Healthcare Recruiter (U.S. Healthcare)
Location: Remote – Mexico
Required Work Hours:
7:30 PM – 3:30 AM CST (Mexico Time)
(Must be online, active, and available during the entire shift)
Type: Independent Contractor (Commission-Only)

Compensation

• $250 USD per successful placement for RN and Allied Health roles
• $350 USD per successful placement for Admin and Manager roles
• 5% commission for Permanent Placements

Approx. $4,300–$4,500 MXN per placement
(based on $1 USD ≈ $17.5 MXN)

Uncapped Earnings — Top recruiters earn $40,000+ MXN per month

Minimum Performance Requirement:
2 placements per month
Your income depends entirely on your performance.

Responsibilities

• Source and recruit U.S. healthcare professionals
• Build competitive travel nurse pay packages
• Submit candidates through VMS/MSP systems
• Maintain accurate ATS records
• Actively manage applicant pipelines and multiple job orders
• Use innovative sourcing strategies (referrals, social media, passive leads)
• Deliver fast, high-quality submissions
• Attend mandatory monthly company meetings
• Attend client meetings as required
• Be fully available, responsive, and working during required shift hours

Requirements

• 2+ years of healthcare recruiting experience (Required)
• Strong English fluency (written & verbal)
• Comfortable communicating with U.S. clients and candidates
• Experience with ATS, VMS, or MSP systems
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Performance-driven mindset
• Personal laptop or desktop
• Stable, high-speed internet connection
• Willingness to work U.S. CST hours Monday–Friday

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with U.S. healthcare staffing
• Experience in U.S. client communication
• Background in sales or recruiting
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required)
