Luxury resort concierge

$12,000MXN per month plus tips and commissions

Job description for Front Desk Concierge
Reports to: Front Desk Supervisor & General Manager

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

Ensure outstanding customer care and managing the “Guest Experience” at a luxury level.

Maintain a friendly, professional, and courteous demeanor.

Ability to schedule, organize guest activities.

Ability to schedule, organize and communicate with in coming guest while in transit from the airport.

Ability to work effectively and efficiently with other teams; Chef services, housekeeping, maintenance, and guest pre arrival planning team and back office.

Accurately answers questions, receive and carry-carry out guest requests

Responds to telephone and in-person inquiries regarding reservations, hotel / Villa information and guest concerns in a timely fashion.

Resolves customer issues, complaints and problems in a quick, efficient manner to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and quality service.

Cross checks all billing instructions are correctly updated.
Handles check-out and external services billing.

Technical skills:

· English spoken & written 90%

· Excel, Google drive, Google spreadsheets

· OTA´s, PMS & Channel managers (welcomed)

· What’s app communication with on-site villa teams and guests

· Fluid understanding of email platforms, sending attachments

· Record keeping both on a company computer and in the shared Google Drive

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
