Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled IBP/PPDS Trainer or Consultant fluent in English & Spanish to lead onsite training programs that support the successful adoption of Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.
This role focuses primarily on training, stakeholder engagement, and knowledge transfer, rather than hands-on IBP/PPDS system implementation.

The ideal candidate is an excellent communicator who can clearly translate client needs into actionable insights and deliver engaging, effective training sessions across multiple business functions.

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver structured IBP training sessions in Spanish and English to cross-functional teams.
• Customize training materials to reflect local business practices and cultural context.
• Facilitate workshops on IBP principles, planning methodologies, SAP IBP tools, and change management topics.
• Assess training needs and develop tailored learning paths.
• Provide post-training coaching, feedback sessions, and performance evaluation.
• Continuously review and update training content to improve effectiveness and adoption.
• Act as the primary liaison between the client and the Bristlecone team to ensure alignment.

Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)

• Training completion and participation rates.
• Knowledge retention and assessment score improvements.
• User adoption and engagement levels post-training.
• Participant satisfaction and feedback ratings.
• Training impact on planning accuracy, forecast reliability, and cross-functional collaboration.
• Time to resolve post-training support inquiries.

Required Qualifications

• Fluency in Spanish and English (spoken and written).
• 3+ years of experience in IBP training or supply chain planning roles.
• Strong understanding of IBP processes, S&OP, and planning tools (preferably SAP IBP).
• Experience in instructional design and adult learning methodologies.
• Ability and willingness to travel across regional locations and work onsite.

Job Type: Contract
Contract length: 6 - 12 months

Pay: $50,000.00 - $90,000.00 per month
