Bheri Capital is looking for passionate people that are ready to grow with a start up company! We are looking for a highly organized and meticulous Transaction Coordinator to oversee and manage the administrative aspects of our real estate transactions. The ideal candidate will possess excellent phone skills, a professional demeanor, and the ability to coordinate efficiently with buyers, sellers, agents, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and timely closings.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Transaction Management: Oversee the entire transaction process from contract to closing, ensuring all necessary documentation is completed accurately and on time.
  • Communication: Act as the primary point of contact for all parties involved in the transaction, including buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and inspectors. Maintain clear and effective communication through phone calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
  • Coordination: Schedule and coordinate property showings, inspections, appraisals, and closings. Ensure all parties are informed of key dates and requirements.
  • Documentation: Collect, organize, and maintain transaction documents, ensuring compliance with company policies and real estate regulations.
  • Problem-Solving: Address any issues or concerns that arise during the transaction process, working proactively to find solutions and keep transactions on track.
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to clients, addressing their needs and concerns promptly and professionally.


  • Proven experience as a Transaction Coordinator, Administrative Assistant, or similar role in the real estate industry.
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a keen attention to detail.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong phone skills with a professional and pleasant phone manner.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple transactions simultaneously.
  • Knowledge of real estate transaction processes and documentation.
  • High level of integrity and professionalism.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Basic Computer skills necessary for this position.
