Schedule:
Shift 1: 6:00 AM – 3:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
Shift 2: 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM MST, Monday–Friday
Occasional flexibility may be required to support business needs.
Compensation:
Starting pay range: $6–$8 USD per hour (based on experience and performance).
About the role
We are looking for a reliable, detail-oriented Customer Service Representative to support our pest control operations. The CSR will handle inbound and outbound customer communication, schedule services, and help ensure a smooth experience for our customers from first contact through follow-up.
You will work closely with our technicians and management team to solve customer issues quickly, accurately, and professionally.
Key responsibilities
Answer inbound calls, emails, and chats from new and existing customers in a professional and friendly manner.
Schedule, reschedule, and confirm pest control services using our software systems (e.g., FieldRoutes, CRM tools).
Provide accurate information about our services, treatment options, and service agreements.
Handle billing questions, take payments, and update customer account information as needed.
Work to retain customers by listening to concerns, resolving issues, and offering solutions that align with company policies.
Document all customer interactions clearly and completely in our systems.
Coordinate with technicians and branch leadership to resolve service issues and ensure on-time appointments.
Follow all company procedures and compliance guidelines in line with FTC and state regulations.
Qualifications
Previous customer service, call center, or office experience preferred but not required.
Strong English over the phone and written communication skills, with a calm and professional demeanor.
Comfortable working on a computer all day and quickly learning new software (CRMs, phone systems, scheduling tools).
High attention to detail, strong follow-through, and the ability to multitask.
Reliable, on-time, and able to work the scheduled shifts consistently.
