ZOLLER Tecnologias is headquartered in Queretaro, Mexico and is widely known as the international leader in tool measuring and presetting machines, inspection machines, and tool management software. Our company has offices all over the world and is expanding continuously.

We are currently looking for self-motivated, experienced professionals to join our team as Marketing Specialist. Homebased: Queretaro, México

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate marketing activities for in-person and virtual events (exhibitions, trade shows, seminars, webinars).
• Plan the logistics for exhibition booths, including graphics and coordination with the equipment team.
• Manage relationships with the press and key industry publications.
• Develop the social media strategy for Mexico, including reviewing metrics and generating leads.
• Maintain and update content on social media and in newsletters.
• Design and implement digital and traditional marketing campaigns.
• Design graphic materials: banners, flyers, invitations, and brochures.
• Record and edit video and photography for brand content.
• Track KPIs and costs for each initiative.
• Establish and manage agreements with industry associations and partners.
• Support the rollout of the MYZOLLER portal in Mexico.
• Create content (success stories, videos, features) for the region.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, Journalism, or a related field.
• Experience: 3–5 years in a similar role (mid-to-junior level).
• English required (written and spoken).
• Proactive, organized, creative, and able to execute tasks effectively.
• Experience with events/exhibitions.
• Design (Adobe Creative Suite) or AI tools applied to marketing
• Valid passport / U.S. travel visa
