Job Summary

You do not need to be a technical fire sprinkler expert to succeed in this role. We need a master organizer. You will manage daily remote workflows using JobProgress, optimize logistics, coordinate schedules, and ensure our projects cross the finish line on time and on budget.

Duties

• Oversee day-to-day remote business operations and workflows.
• Maximize the use of JobProgress to track projects from inception to completion.
• Coordinate and schedule field teams, contractors, and project managers.
• Track project timelines, resource allocation, and budget profitability.
• Streamline communication between sales, administrative, and field teams.
• Manage vendor relationships and oversee material procurement logistics.
• Establish, monitor, and report on operational KPIs.

Requirements

• 3+ years of proven experience in an Operations Manager or similar role.
• Hands-on experience using JobProgress software is highly preferred.
• Background in construction, MEP, trade services, or logistics is a plus.
• Exceptional ability to coordinate complex schedules and timelines.
• Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on efficiency.
• Excellent communication skills optimized for a remote team.
