As an Air Logistics Customer Care Specialist, you will play a key role in ensuring an excellent customer experience by providing proactive support, monitoring shipments, and ensuring timely resolution of issues.

How you create impact

• Proactively advise and support customers, monitoring air freight shipments, providing timely updates, and anticipating potential issues to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Handle customer claims and service-related issues, coordinating solutions to prevent disruptions and maintain service quality.
• Maintain accurate customer information, rates, and commercial agreements in internal systems to ensure operational teams have the information needed to execute the service.
• Collaborate with Operations, Revenue, and domestic teams to ensure service commitments and KPIs are met, billing is accurate, and pickups and deliveries are completed according to agreed timelines.
• Monitor customer profitability (GP/KG) to ensure expected margins are achieved.
• Share relevant knowledge and insights with Sales and Account Management teams to support customer relationships.

What we would like you to bring

• Availability to work on-site in Puebla.
• Bachelor's degree in International Business, Industrial Engineering, Transportation Engineering, or a related field.
• 1+ years of experience in Air Logistics.
• Knowledge of Freight Forwarding and Customer Service.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Customer-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
