• Establish a strong focus on internal and external customer service.
• Provide technical support through direct communication for sales, marketing, and customers. Provide all necessary internal and external technical support for the full range of LP Products. Technical support and troubleshooting assistance according to project requirements.
• Provide training to customers, marketing, and sales, as well as the development of educational material for conducting such training (DEMOS, Presentations, etc.).
• Diverse presentations focused depending on the client or user profile.
• Collaborate with colleagues to determine the Department's objectives and goals as well as to maintain the necessary indicators (KPIs) applicable to the LP product lines as a basis for annual planning.
• Be responsible for the development, review, approval, coordination, and updating of documents related to the designated product lines (Price lists, Catalogs, Brochures, etc.)
• Demonstrate attention in processes including the small details.
• Follow up and support activities focused on cost reduction to achieve objectives.
• Ensure the proper conservation and maintenance of technical documents and controlled review procedures according to the requirements of the Quality Department.
• Technical responsible for Product Certification in collaboration with the Quality Department.
• Work with other product engineers, business managers, Department and sales managers, product managers for planning technical documentation needs and market information exchange. Development and introduction of new products.
• Analysis of competitors in different product areas.
• Monitoring and participation in Key Projects. Development of Potential Clients. Involvement in issues of product handling and storage (logistics, Planning, Stock, etc)
