We're looking for customer-focused professionals who genuinely enjoy helping people. If you're an excellent communicator, remain calm under pressure, and enjoy solving problems, we'd love to hear from you.

In this role, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, providing friendly, professional support while delivering an exceptional customer experience. Although call volumes are moderate, every interaction matters, and we're looking for someone who treats every customer with patience, empathy, and professionalism.

What You'll Do

  • Answer inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently
  • Resolve customer questions while providing an exceptional experience
  • Accurately document every customer interaction
  • Navigate multiple systems while assisting customers
  • Follow established procedures and quality standards
  • Escalate complex issues when necessary
  • Maintain professionalism during every interaction
  • Meet quality, attendance, and productivity expectations


Schedule

  • Operating hours currently between 1:00 PM and 9:00 PM EST
  • Seven days per week
  • Rotating days off
  • Schedule subject to business needs


Compensation

  • $5.75 USD per hour
  • Paid weekly (in arrears)
  • Independent Contractor position


Technical Requirements (Essential)

To be considered, candidates must meet all technical requirements below:

  • Windows 11 PC (Mac not supported)
  • 16 GB RAM
  • Dual monitors
  • Webcam
  • Headset
  • i5 processor and higher
  • Fibre internet with a wired connection (Ethernet cable)
  • Backup power solution
  • Microsoft Teams / Office 365
