Microsoft Operations Specialist

We are looking for a Microsoft Core Infrastructure Operations Specialist to support and govern enterprise Microsoft 365 services and SaaS platforms within a global IT environment. This role is focused on operational excellence, security, compliance, platform governance, and service reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Operate and support Microsoft 365 services including collaboration, productivity, security, and identity management
• Provide L2 support, troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, and service optimization
• Manage SaaS applications including user provisioning, license administration, access control, and lifecycle management
• Maintain governance, compliance, and operational standards across M365 and SaaS platforms
• Support integrations between enterprise SaaS tools and Microsoft 365
• Coordinate incident, change, and problem management activities following ITIL practices
• Develop and maintain documentation, operational procedures, and configuration records
• Collaborate with security, infrastructure, and business teams to ensure stable and secure operations
• Identify automation and continuous improvement opportunities

Requirements:

• Experience administering Microsoft 365 in enterprise environments
• Strong knowledge of identity management, access control, and security policies within M365
• Experience managing SaaS platforms and vendor-supported applications
• Knowledge of ITIL processes and operational governance
• Strong troubleshooting and stakeholder communication skills
• Experience with PowerShell or automation scripting is a plus
• Familiarity with APIs, integrations, and SaaS interoperability is preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $35,000.00 - $40,000.00 per month
