Requirements:

• Completed High School (Bachillerato)
• Advanced English level: ability to read, write, and speak fluent English
• Must live no more than 1.5 hours from the work location (on-site)
• Customer service experience (in any industry but experience working at a Call Center is highly preferred)
• Computer skills, databases, and Microsoft Office
• Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask
