About This Opportunity
Are you a focused individual with a natural talent for attending to, following up on, and managing payments for overdue and upcoming invoices, and possessing a service-oriented attitude? We have an opening for you.

Schedule
7:00am to 4:00pm - Monday to Friday

Salary
$31,000 MXN per month.

Responsibilities

Review overdue and upcoming invoices with our clients and encourage payment.
Ensure that all necessary and accurate receipts and documentation are available for payment reconciliation and to prevent rejections.
Provide friendly and attentive customer service, addressing concerns and discussing payment plans.
Provide customer service.
Generate weekly collection reports and ensure timely delivery to the relevant department.
