Job Summary:

True Omni is seeking an experienced Sales & Marketing Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will be adept at managing the schedule and travel arrangements for our executive team, ensuring smooth operations and effective time management. This role requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities:

Administrative Support

  • Manage CEO’s calendar, scheduling, and meeting coordination
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and internal documentation
  • Handle communications, including emails and follow-ups
  • Assist with prioritization of daily tasks and strategic initiatives

Sales Support

  • Coordinate with the sales team on leads, proposals, and follow-ups
  • Track sales pipeline activity and maintain CRM accuracy
  • Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
  • Monitor KPIs and generate sales performance reports

Marketing Support

  • Coordinate marketing campaigns and timelines
  • Assist with content planning, email campaigns, and social media scheduling
  • Work with vendors and internal teams on marketing initiatives
  • Track campaign performance and compile analytics reports

Operations & Coordination

  • Act as a liaison between CEO, sales, marketing, and other departments
  • Help streamline processes and improve internal workflows
  • Assist with vendor communication and project coordination

Qualifications:

  • 5 years experience
  • Advanced English required
  • Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably supporting C-level executives.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively.
  • Basic understanding of marketing analytics and sales metrics
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities, with a professional and polished demeanor.
  • Proficiency in tools like Google Workspace, Microsoft Office, CRM systems
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
  • Experience in booking travel and making reservations is required
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $20,000.00 - $34,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • Executive Assistant: 5 years (Preferred)
  • supported C-level executives: 5 years (Preferred)
  • handled confidential or sensitive information: 5 years (Preferred)
  • managing US travel arrangements/bookings: 2 years (Preferred)
  • Google Suite Workspace: 3 years (Preferred)

Language:
