Position Objective
Provide comprehensive and professional service to both potential and current clients by efficiently managing appointments, inquiries, and administrative processes. The goal is to ensure a positive client experience, strengthen the relationship with the organization, and contribute to achieving operational objectives through clear communication, timely case management, accurate billing, and compliance with internal policies.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and attend client appointments to provide information about our services.
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, resolving inquiries promptly and professionally.
- Offer service packages and support clients in selecting the most suitable option.
- Generate invoices and process payments.
- Escalate cases according to established guidelines.
- Properly record and file client information and documentation.
- Comply with internal policies and ensure high standards of customer service.
Requirements and Skills
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in customer service and negotiation.
- Strong time management and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proven ability to work collaboratively and professionally with individuals at all levels of the organization.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive client information with discretion.
- Bilingual (English/Spanish).
- Experience managing inbound and outbound calls, assisting clients, and providing accurate information.
