Program Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Program Manager to join our PMO team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing a portfolio of related projects and initiatives, ensuring alignment with business strategy and driving successful execution.

You will play a key role in coordinating cross-functional teams, managing risks, optimizing resources, and delivering measurable business value. This is a strategic position focused on enabling organizational success through effective program leadership.

Key Responsibilitites

• Build and manage program roadmaps aligned with business strategy.
• Coordinate and oversee multiple projects within the program.
• Support teams by removing blockers and escalating issues when needed.
• Manage resources, timelines, and project changes.
• Identify risks, resolve dependencies, and ensure smooth execution.
• Track performance and drive efficiency and cost improvements.
• Maintain and optimize project management tools and processes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher.
• 3+ years of experience in program or project management.
• 3+ years of experience leading or managing teams.
• Proven ability to define and execute program requirements.
• Strong analytical skills with experience leveraging data and metrics for decision-making.
• High proficiency in Excel and project management tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $54,000.00 - $66,000.00 per month
