About This Opportunity

We are seeking a highly organized and detail oriented Track and Trace Specialist to join our team in the logistics and transportation industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for updating status on key accounts in United States, ensuring efficient operations and communication with clients and internal teams.

Schedule

Monday to Friday 6:00am to 3:00pm

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate the sending of schedules, projections, extra loads, and cancellations as needed.
  • Supervise intermodal shipments (sea, land, railway.), ensuring the tracking of documents and trailer conditions.
  • Closely monitor deliveries to terminales in the United States.
  • Maintain fluid and direct communication with customers and the team in the United States.
  • Collaborate closely with the administration team on tasks such as container unloading.
  • Update customer portals with the status of their loads.

What Makes You a Strong Candidate for This Position?

  • **Fluent English level**
  • Prior experience is a plus but not necessary.
  • Knowledge of road safety procedures and transport regulations.
  • Ability to make quick and efficient decisions.
  • Customer service experience.
