Senior Bilingual Client Services Sales Associate

We are hiring a Senior Bilingual Consultative Sales Associate to join our growing team!

We are looking for a motivated, service driven sales professional who enjoys connecting with people, understanding their needs, and guiding them through a personalized client experience. This role is ideal for someone with experience selling services rather than physical products, such as financial services, health insurance, professional services, customer solutions, memberships, programs, or other service-based offerings.

The ideal candidate is confident on the phone, highly professional, persuasive, empathetic, and comfortable working in a fast paced, goal oriented environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide personalized attention to clients and prospects.
• Manage inbound sales calls.
• Identify client needs and present appropriate service based solutions.
• Build trust and guide prospects through the decision making process.
• Follow up consistently with leads and potential clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activity and client interactions.
• Handle objections professionally and support clients with clear, helpful communication.
• Work toward individual and team sales goals.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.
• Previous experience in Sales Services. At least 3 years of proven experience.
• Experience in financial services, insurance, healthcare services, professional services, call center sales, or consultative sales is highly preferred.
• Strong communication, persuasion, and customer service skills.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and close sales effectively.
• Professional, proactive, organized, and results-oriented.

Position Details:

• Work Location: Plaza Malecón Américas, Cancún.
• Work Modality: On-site.
• Monthly Salary: $15,888 MXN + sales bonus.
• Schedule: Monday through Friday, with availability to work 2 Saturdays per month.
• Days Off: Two Saturdays per month and Sundays off.
