As we continue expanding, we are seeking high-performance Closers motivated by results, strong earning potential, and career growth in a rapidly growing industry.

Your Role & Responsibilities

  • Convert warm and cold leads into signed solar contracts using effective closing strategies
  • Conduct virtual consultations with homeowners, clearly explaining the benefits of solar energy
  • Handle objections confidently and consistently close deals
  • Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets in a fast-paced environment
  • Maintain a professional, customer-focused approach in every interaction

What We OfferCompensation & Incentives

  • Base salary: $800 USD per month
  • Commission: $100 USD per completed installation
  • Top closers average 5–10 installations per month
  • Bonuses and uncapped incentives for high performers

Candidate Profile

  • Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (solar preferred but not required)

  • Tech-savvy with a reliable home office setup (computer, headset, stable internet)
