We are looking for a Lead Data Scientist to advance regression and classification models by refining problem definitions, enhancing model architectures, and optimizing features and hyperparameters using AWS SageMaker and GenAI. You will work closely with clients to deliver robust, scalable AI/ML solutions and apply best practices to drive innovation and performance. Responsibilities

• Evaluate and reformulate problem statements to ensure alignment with client business goals and data specifics
• Enhance and optimize regression and classification model structures using AWS SageMaker and GenAI approaches
• Drive feature engineering initiatives to boost the quality of inputs and predictive capabilities
• Perform hyperparameter tuning leveraging AWS SageMaker and native AWS tools to elevate model effectiveness
• Partner with client teams to pinpoint and execute enhancements in data workflows and model training
• Implement AWS Well-Architected Framework guidelines emphasizing security, reliability, efficiency, and operational excellence
• Maintain thorough documentation of model development, feature engineering methods, and hyperparameter tuning outcomes for easy reference and knowledge sharing

Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in AWS SageMaker with 5+ years of experience
• Proficient understanding of Generative AI, including advisory, strategy, operations, and large language models
• Extensive background in developing regression and classification models
• Skilled in feature engineering and hyperparameter tuning methods
• Effective collaboration skills with client stakeholders
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving capabilities
• Upper-Intermediate command of English (B2 level)
