Who you are

• English level C1–C2 (spoken and written)
• High school or college graduate
• Customer service experience is cool — but not a MUST
• Friendly, curious, and ready to take on responsibilities
• A natural problem-solver who genuinely likes people

Your mission

• Deliver friendly, helpful service to our members
• Handle inquiries about memberships, points, and benefits
• Book hotel stays and vacations across 180+ destinations
• Support members with payments and account needs
• Work Mon–Sat in a flexible hybrid schedule
