Selling over the phone for a service business takes a specific kind of person.

• You will speak with interested homeowners, answer questions, explain services, present pricing, follow up, and help qualified clients book.
• You will hear objections. You may get told no. You may get ignored after sending a quote. You may speak with people who compare prices or are unsure if they are ready.
• You will also be measured by numbers that matter: response time, follow up, booking rate, call quality, and client experience.

Mission Of The Role:

To effectively convert leads into sales, ensuring exceptional service experiences and enhancing customer satisfaction, thereby upholding the company’s reputation for quality and reliability.

What Sucess Looks Like:

Successfully achieve a 50% quote-to-sale conversion rate. Retain at least 50% of initial cleaning services as recurring clients. Respond to leads inquiries and resolve any issues swiftly, adhering to a 99% response rate within business hours.

What Will You Do:

Manage inbound leads effectively, including prompt follow-up on calls and emails. Present service proposals that meet customer needs and close sales effectively. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and home information. Collaborate with the operations team to ensure that customer expectations are met and exceeded.
