Sales Support Coordinator

The Sales Support Coordinator is essential in helping the sales team reach their goals by offering administrative assistance. This role demands strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and effective collaboration with different departments to ensure seamless sales operations.
About the Role
In this opportunity as a Sales Support Coordinator, you will be responsible to:
- Offer administrative support to the sales team, including creating documents, prospecting lists, and various administrative tasks.
- Keep customer databases and CRM systems updated with precise and timely information.
- Work closely with sales teams to aid sales initiatives and campaigns.
- Create and analyze sales reports to deliver insights and suggestions to the sales team.
- Provide assistance with targeted sales initiatives to enhance customer interaction and engagement
- Continuously seek ways to improve sales processes and workflows for better efficiency and effectiveness.
About You
You’re fit for the role of Sales Support Coordinator if your background includes
- Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- Demonstrated experience in a sales support or administrative role, ideally in a similar industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software (Salesforce).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a dynamic environment.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving capabilities.
- A proactive approach with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
