Experienced US Freight Dispatcher (Remote – Mexico)

BB8 Freight is hiring experienced freight dispatchers based in Mexico to help manage and grow our US trucking operations.

We are a US-based carrier focused on power-only freight and strong revenue performance. We are looking for dispatchers who can work independently, communicate professionally, and help keep trucks moving profitably every day.

This is a long-term opportunity with strong earning potential for experienced dispatchers who already understand the US trucking industry.

Position Details

  • Remote position
  • Full-time
  • Monday–Friday
  • US Central Time schedule (07:00–17:00 CST)

What You’ll Do

  • Dispatch trucks across the US
  • Book profitable freight using DAT and Truckstop
  • Build and maintain broker relationships
  • Negotiate rates and accessorials
  • Reduce deadhead and maximize truck revenue
  • Communicate with drivers throughout the day
  • Handle pickup, delivery, and transit issues
  • Keep dispatch information updated in the TMS

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of US freight dispatch experience
  • Strong English communication skills
  • Experience using DAT and Truckstop
  • Organized and detail-oriented
  • Ability to work independently and solve problems
  • Reliable internet connection and professional workspace

Preferred Experience

  • Power-only dispatch
  • Dry van operations
  • Managing multiple trucks
  • Dedicated lane development
  • Negotiating detention and layover

Compensation

  • Base salary determined by experience
  • Performance-based commission percentage
  • Weekly bonus opportunities
  • Top dispatchers can earn up to $4,000 USD per month
