We are a US-based branding and content studio hiring a remote Video & Photo Editor based in Mexico. We work with founder-led brands and need someone who understands short-form content and what makes it perform.

This role starts on a project-by-project basis. It's a chance to show what you can do, and for strong editors who deliver, there is real potential for steady, ongoing work as we grow.

What You'll Do

• Edit short-form video for Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube
• Create content built to grow audiences and generate leads, not just views
• Build motion graphics, transitions, captions, and branded visual elements
• Edit and retouch photos for social and web
• Turn a single shoot into multiple platform-ready pieces
• Keep up with trends, audio, and formats that are performing right now

What You Bring

• A portfolio showing strong short-form work (links required)
• Skills in After Effects and motion graphics
• Proficiency in CapCut and Final Cut Pro
• Experience using AI tools to speed up editing and create assets
• Good sense of pacing, color, and composition
• Reliable internet, your own equipment, and the ability to hit deadlines
• Fluent Spanish, working English (for briefs and communication)

Nice to Have

• Premiere Pro, Photoshop, or Lightroom experience
• Familiarity with how creatives affect paid social performance
