This ultra-luxury ocean-front resort will include 96 beautifully appointed guestrooms and 61 Residences. Amenities include three restaurants, five bars, three pools, an open-air fitness center designed by celebrity trainer Harley Pasternak, Spa with ten treatment rooms and relaxation oasis, and The Clubhouse. The Clubhouse is perched above the resort with sweeping Ocean views, and it is being designed as THE place to host spectacular weddings and events for up to 250 people. It will feature and event lawn for ceremonies, an indoor/outdoor ballroom, living room space for entertaining, and a bridal suite.

About the Internship

What you bring:

• Fluency in English for guest facing areas

• Fluency in Spani sh for back of the House areas

• Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in hospitality, Culinary Arts, or a related field (preferred).

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build meaningful connections.

• High emotional intelligence, with the ability to empathize, listen actively, and respond thoughtfully to guests, colleagues, and leaders.

• Resilience and a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment, embracing challenges as opportunities to grow with a willingness to step your comfort zone and take on new experiences.
  

What You Will Learn & Do :

• Throughout your internship, you will gain hands-on experience supporting the daily operations of a luxury resort, contributing to the creation of memorable and meaningful guest experiences.

• You will learn to navigate real-world challenges with professionalism, handling sensitive information with discretion while building trust in every interaction. As you collaborate with leadership and support key initiatives, you will develop confidence, adaptability, and a strong sense of ownership

• Develop and apply technical and operational skills specific to your assigned area while gaining a broader understanding of luxury hospitality operations.

• Gain proficiency in hospitality software systems, including Workday , FS Chat, Open table, Golden , HotSOS , Opera , Birchstreet , and Telephone systems , developing essential technical skills.
