We’re hiring a results-driven Rental Agent to handle inbound calls and convert inquiries into bookings for self-storage facilities. If you have a strong sales background and love talking to customers, this role is for you.

What You’ll Do:

• Answer inbound calls and guide customers to the best storage solution
• Convert inquiries into reservations using confident, persuasive communication
• Handle objections and close bookings effectively
• Assist with customer service concerns when needed

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years in a sales-focused voice role
• Excellent English communication (spoken & written)
• Proven track record of hitting sales targets
• Comfortable working evenings (US Central Time) & weekends

Work Details:

• Full-time (40 hours/week)

Requirements:

• Stable hardwired internet connection
• Intel i5 (8th Gen+) or AMD Ryzen 5 (3000+)
• Minimum 8GB RAM (16GB preferred)
• Windows 11 or newer (Mac not allowed)

Schedule:

● Ability to work any day of the week and evening CST

● Up to 40 hours/week, 2 days off

● Scheduled 8 hours per day

Pay: $120.00 - $128.00 per hour
