Job Profile: International Sales ExecutiveJob Objective:

To sell the production services of a boutique production house for artistic and advertising projects abroad, enhancing its positioning internationally while developing a strong understanding of the market, strategic contacts, and leveraging the unique locations that the country offers.

Functions and Responsibilities:

  • Project Development for Positioning:
  • Implement strategies to strengthen the boutique production house's image in international markets.
  • Participation in International Fairs and Forums:
  • Represent the company at key industry events, generating business opportunities.
  • Networking:
  • Build and maintain relationships with industry professionals, potential clients, and strategic partners.
  • Travel Management:
  • Plan and undertake trips to strengthen business relationships and sales opportunities.
  • Prospecting New Clients:
  • Identify and approach clients in retail, fashion, sports, and audiovisual sectors.
  • Opening International Sales Strategies:
  • Innovate commercial approaches to expand the client base and markets.
  • Creating Alliances:
  • Collaborate with international production companies to foster synergies and co-production opportunities.
  • Working in Multidisciplinary Teams:
  • Collaborate with various departments to optimize costs and maximize the value proposition of the boutique production house as a destination for artistic and advertising projects.
  • Attention and Understanding of Foreign Cultures:
  • Adapt strategies and proposals to meet the needs and expectations of international clients.
  • Executive Production:
  • Oversee and follow up on productions sold abroad, ensuring quality and client satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Sales Experience:
  • Strong track record in sales and business development, preferably in the audiovisual sector.
  • Knowledge of the Audiovisual Industry:
  • Basic understanding of production and related processes.
  • Network of Contacts:
  • Extensive network of contacts in the commercial and audiovisual fields.
  • Negotiation Skills:
  • Ability to negotiate and close favorable deals.
  • Advanced English:
  • Proficiency in English for effective communication with international clients.
  • Availability to Travel:
  • Willingness to travel nationally and internationally.
  • Visa Requirements:
  • Must have a valid visa for international travel.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Salary: $30,000 net monthly.
  • Commission: 3% on sales.
  • Work Scheme: Remote, with availability to manage projects.
  • Working Hours: 9 AM to 5 PM, Monday to Friday, with flexible hours as needed.

  • Location: Offices in Guadalajara.
