Ventes Mexico has partnered with a US manufacturing company that is looking for a Sales Development representative to join its sales team!

Business Development Representative will manage and grow the account base while actively sourcing and qualifying leads to support the account managers.

Responsibilities:

Manage and Grow Account Base:

• Build and nurture relationships with smaller accounts to drive profitable sales growth.
• Understand customer challenges, needs, and decision criteria to tailor account management approaches effectively.
• Develop and launch go-to-market programs specific to customer retention and growth.

Lead Generation and Qualification:

• Utilize tools such as ZoomInfo to source and identify potential leads.
• Conduct research and outreach to qualify leads based on predefined criteria.
• Attend trade shows and industry events to network and identify prospective customers.

Setting Up Meetings:

• Set up and schedule meetings for the account managers
• Prepare detailed briefing materials for senior sales personnel ahead of meetings.
• Follow up with leads post-meetings to ensure continuous engagement and progress.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for smaller accounts.
• Provide accurate forecasting to ensure excellent service and proper inventory levels.
• Report detailed information about leads and smaller accounts, providing actionable market and competitive analysis reports.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• 1-3 years in project management, sales or business development, focusing on lead generation and account management.
• Fluent in using CRM systems, ZoomInfo, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Comfortable with occasional travel to meet with clients and attend industry events as needed.

US Visa is Required

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $45,000.00 - $50,000.00 per month
