vvAbout Legal Management Group

Legal Management Group is a California-based law firm committed to delivering justice for underserved and injured communities across the state. Our growing team of attorneys and medical professionals collaborate on high-value personal injury, catastrophic trauma, and mass tort litigation—cases that make a real difference.

We are currently expanding our Medical Counsel Division and are seeking an experienced Anesthesiologist or Pain Management Physician with a background in injury assessment and rehabilitation strategy. This is a long-term opportunity to work closely with our legal team, participate in multi-million-dollar cases, and use your clinical expertise to guide litigation strategy for injured clients.

Position Overview

As a Remote Anesthesiologist Consultant, you will serve as the medical authority in evaluating injury claims, reviewing clinical documentation, and crafting clear, comprehensive medical summaries that support litigation. Your role is critical in connecting medical evidence with legal outcomes, and you will be part of a multidisciplinary team helping injured clients through their recovery journey.

To ensure the smooth running of daily operations and maintain consistent performance across all teams, Time Doctor will be used to track your work hours and productivity. While this tool is in place to enhance accountability and streamline workflows, it is also a key part of the firm’s data-driven approach to improving performance across remote roles.

This position is not a one-off gig—we are looking for committed medical professionals who want to grow with us, participate in ongoing legal cases, and receive continuous training and support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Remote Medical Assessments: Conduct thorough medical assessments of clients and document clinical findings for litigation use.
  • Interpret Diagnostic Imaging & Medical Records: Review and interpret diagnostic imaging (MRI, CT, X-rays), medical records, and injury reports to support legal claims.
  • Develop Treatment Plans: Advise on treatment plans, especially for chronic pain and nerve injury management, ensuring all recommendations align with the client's recovery goals.
  • Medico-Legal Summaries: Create detailed medico-legal summaries that align with legal strategy and accurately reflect the client’s medical journey.
  • Monitor Treatment Progress: Track treatment progress and recommend modifications to treatment plans as necessary.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with physicians, therapists, and legal professionals to ensure the medical side of each case is well-supported and aligns with legal strategies.
  • Training & Development: Participate in paid training, lectures, and case conferences to stay updated on legal-medical frameworks and continue professional development.
  • Performance Monitoring: Utilize Time Doctor to log your work hours, track productivity, and help identify opportunities to streamline your workflow. While performance tracking is essential for team productivity, it also ensures that everyone works in a structured and efficient manner that aligns with firm-wide goals.

Required Qualifications

  • Medical Degree (MD) with specialization in Anesthesiology, Pain Management, or Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation (PM&R/Physiatry).
  • Minimum 5 years post-specialization clinical experience, ideally in trauma, chronic pain, or orthopedic recovery.
  • Strong command of English (C1); ability to write clinical reports in clear, concise legal-appropriate format.
  • Spanish language proficiency is a plus, but not required.
  • Experience in reading and interpreting MRI, CT, X-ray, and diagnostic reports related to soft tissue, orthopedic, or spinal injuries.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with an ability to identify gaps in documentation or inconsistencies in records.
  • Comfortable working independently in a remote, structured workflow.
  • Enthusiastic about continuous learning, especially in the intersection of medicine and law.

Why Join Us?

  • ✅ Fully Remote Position: Work from anywhere in the Philippines, while collaborating with a U.S.-based legal team.
  • Work on High-Stakes Cases: Be a part of litigation teams handling multi-million-dollar claims involving life-altering injuries.
  • Career Growth: Gain valuable legal-medical expertise that expands your skillset beyond clinical care.
  • Ongoing Paid Training: Access lectures, seminars, and documentation workshops to improve your medico-legal acumen.
  • Team-Centered Culture: We believe in collaboration, transparency, and supporting our team’s personal and professional growth.
  • Stable Monthly Compensation: PHP Up to 120,000/month, with opportunity for performance-based increases and long-term engagement.
