Main responsibilities

· Daily support of customers, distributors, and OEM accounts.

· Prospecting new leads and sourcing new sales opportunities by determining the Customer needs as well as potential for OEM business.

· Understand customer needs and provide Heidenhain family solutions to enable customer applications.

· Work with other departments and teams to solve customer issues by facilitating customer escalations.

· Participate in customer visits with RSMs to support both the customer and the RSM as well as to build on customer relationships.

· Prospect and qualify potential new customers and distributors.

· Manage internal customer lead systems.

· Develop positive Customer Relationship for both day to day and long-term business by providing technic

PROFILE REQUIRED

Education & Experience

· Technical Degree is preferred, but not required. 1-year minimum experience in a business-to-business sales environment.

· Prefer 3 years minimum experience in sales, ideally in the fields of machine tool, robotics, or automation.

Professional requirements

· Effective problem-solving skills.

· Strong phone presence.

· Fluent written and spoken English and Spanish

Specific constraints
