What Will Your Day Be Like at ACPS Automotive Qro as a Production Supervisor?

Job Authority:
Stop any operation or activity that poses a risk to product safety or any aspect within the organization, immediately notifying the relevant areas according to the organization’s escalation plan. You have the authority to supervise and control the development of operational activities and to intervene in critical processes by reporting to your immediate supervisor.

Job Responsibilities:

• Ensure the correct and efficient execution of production processes.
• Monitor compliance with quality controls and production controls through proper supervision and management of personnel.
• Supervise the execution of the production processes and controls required by the operation.
• Oversee the maintenance and cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Follow up on actions that arise to recover compliance with production schedules.
• Properly supervise and manage the personnel under your charge.

Technical Skills:

• Work instructions.
• Filling out production controls (OEE, Scrap, 1st Piece).
• Team management.
• Performance evaluation.
• Problem solving.

Admission Profile:

• Preferably Engineering.
• Excel, Outlook, personnel management, IATF standards, ISO 14001, CSR.
• 2 years as a production supervisor in the metalworking industry.
