This position is pivotal in supporting Project Management Organization by contributing to specific administrative tasks related to assigned projects and actively facilitating seamless communication among team members. Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting Customer Service Excellence: Act as a passionate customer service advocate and ally, ensuring that client needs are met and exceeded at every stage of the project.
- Contributing to Client Communications: Assist in handling all client communications and managing client requests to foster strong, trusting relationships.
- Active Assistance in Project Oversight: Contribute to understanding clients' organizations and procedures in detail to support effective project management.
- Assisting in Team Collaboration: Support collaboration among various departments and cross-functional internal teams, including SEO and Development teams, to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Providing Hands-On Assistance: Actively contribute to overseeing web development projects and assisting with challenging client requests to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Supporting Content Management: Assist in uploading content and images to WordPress sites, contributing to the overall project delivery process.
- Customer Success Support: Work closely with the sales team to onboard new clients and identify growth opportunities within the territory, actively contributing to long-term customer success.
Requirements:
- Customer Success Experience: 2+ years of experience in customer service, assistant roles, or customer success, demonstrating a strong commitment to advocating for and supporting customers.
- Strong Attention to Detail: Ability to provide meticulous support and assistance with a keen eye for detail.
- Effective Communication Skills: Clear, friendly, and effective communication to ensure customers feel understood and valued. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with team members and clients alike.
- Passionate Customer Advocate: Genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service and acting as a dedicated ally for clients.
- Client-Centric Approach: Ability to develop strong relationships with customers and key business executives, contributing to overall customer satisfaction and success.
- Problem-solving skills: Experience delivering client-focused solutions to address customer needs and challenges.
- Preferred Digital Marketing Background: A background in SEO and online marketing is preferred but not required.
