The Export Customer Planning Specialist is responsible for overseeing the full process of invoicing and documentation related to Nissan Export activities within the automotive industry. This role ensures the accurate and timely preparation of commercial documents in compliance with international export laws and regulations. The specialist will verify the data in the NSEV (internal export system), support export company operations, and maintain precise record-keeping to facilitate the timely payment of products and to prepare for audits.

The role will involve preparing, auditing, and processing export documentation for vessel shipments, ensuring that all documentation required per country is accurate and compliant with destination-specific regulations. The Export Specialist will also be responsible for communicating shipping instructions to maritime carriers and freight forwarders.

Responsibilities

• System Management: Maintain and verify NSEV system parameters for accurate invoicing.
• Price Verification: Ensure all prices are aligned with financial lists released to prevent re-invoicing.
• Invoicing Management: Create, adapt, and upload invoicing files into NSEV.
• Source-Specific Invoicing: Manage invoicing processes for diverse sources, adapting to each market requirements.
• USA Market Support: Provide reporting and documentation support for cancellation processes. Support for invoicing and ASN (invoicing between plants) transmission problems.
• Prototype Invoicing: Manage the entire invoicing process for prototypes.
• Damaged Unit Inventory: Control and release in system the status of damaged units.
• Generate and distribute shipping documentation from NSEV.

Requirements:

• Engineering or bachelor's degree related with Logistics, Business International or Business Administration or related field.
• At least 2 years of experience in: Logistics planning, export operations, or documentation.
• Excellent knowledge of international trade regulations and export laws.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, in English (additional language skills are a plus).
