YOUR ROLE

• Ensure compliance with quality standards and best practices.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of QA processes and tools.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to clarify requirements and resolve issues.
• Conduct e2e regression, functional and integration testing across devices/platforms and products.
• Perform requirement analysis, understand functional details, design and execute test cases for the respective feature/platform.

YOUR PROFILE

• University degree in Computer Related Sciences or similar.
• 3–7 years of QA experience, preferably in POS, retail, or digital platforms.
• Knowledge on Testing Life' Cycle and methodologies
• Knowledge of APIs and Postman tool.
• Identify, log, and track software defects using tools like JIRA.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Proficient in QA tools and test documentation.
• QSR Domain, Mobile Development knowledge.
• Advanced English.
• Please note that this is a Hybrid position, you’ll be required to work 3 days a week in CDMX.
