The Role: Last Mile & Logistics Jr. Analyst
Are you passionate about logistics, data, and solving operational puzzles? Are you excited to build a career in ecommerce from the ground up?
As a Last Mile & Logistics Jr. Analyst, you'll be embedded within Cubbo’s Last Mile team, supporting the planning, monitoring, and continuous improvement of delivery performance across Mexico. In addition, you’ll provide analytical and operational support to other teams—especially Commercial, Support, and Fulfillment—ensuring everyone has the data and tools needed to make smart, fast decisions.
This is a foundational, high-growth role designed to prepare you for a future in ecommerce operations, with a direct line to more senior positions such as 3PC Manager or Fulfillment Lead.

Key Responsibilities:
Delivery Analytics: Support the Last Mile team by analyzing delivery performance data, identifying trends, and proposing actionable insights.
Control Tower Support: Help monitor daily incidents, delays, collections, and on-time metrics across multiple carriers and routes.
Operational Support: Assist in resolving delivery issues in coordination with internal teams and external carrier partners.
Dashboard & Report Creation: Build and maintain dashboards that track KPIs critical to the Last Mile team and broader logistics performance.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Support Commercial, Customer Support, and Fulfillment teams with data, tools, and process improvement initiatives.
Process Design & Documentation: Help define and document new workflows that improve operational speed and reliability.
Business Case Participation: Tackle analytical challenges and help solve real operational problems during internal project work or special initiatives.
Hands-On Learning: Spend time in the field and at facilities to fully understand how our logistics engine works from the ground up
Who You Are
You’re looking for your first or second role in logistics, analytics, or ecommerce, and are hungry to learn.
You thrive in data, but care about real-world results—turning insights into action excites you.
You have a natural sense of urgency, especially when it comes to customer experience and on-time delivery.
You’re collaborative, curious, and want to be involved in operations that move fast and impact thousands of deliveries daily.

You take initiative, enjoy problem-solving, and aren’t afraid to jump into something unfamiliar.
Skills and Qualifications:
0–2 years of experience in logistics, operations, data analysis, or ecommerce.
Strong analytical skills with a good command of Google Sheets/Excel; SQL knowledge is a plus.
Experience building reports or dashboards with tools like Looker Studio, Metabase, Tableau, or similar.
Excellent communication skills in Spanish; English proficiency is a bonus.
Familiarity with logistics or delivery performance metrics is helpful, but not required.
Eager to learn about last mile, crossdock operations, collections, and incident management.
