Bilingual Customer Service Agent - Billing
Confie, a leader in the service industry, is looking for bilingual agents for our Call Center in Tijuana. If you are fluent in English and Spanish and are passionate about providing quality service, we want to meet you!

Job Summary:
The customer service agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, processing monthly payments for our insured clients, and handling inquiries according to the insurance company's guidelines and state regulations. You will also transfer customers to their insurance provider for specific information unavailable in our sources and process policy reinstatements in compliance with state and provider regulations.

Schedule:
Training:
Monday to Friday: 8:00 AM to 5:40 PM

Operations:
Monday, Wednesday, Thursday, and Saturday: 6:00 AM to 4:00 PM
Tuesday: 6:00 AM to 2:00 PM
Friday and Sunday: Off

Requirements:

  • Fluency in both English and Spanish (B2 level or higher)
  • Previous experience in customer service, ideally in a Call Center environment
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to handle difficult situations with calm and professionalism
