Team Overview:
We are DiDi Studios, the internal Creative team for DiDi in Spanish Speaking LATAM. We are a group of 26 professionals that are based in CDMX, Bogotá and Santiago de Chile, and we service many different countries and businesses in our Company (Rides, Food, Fintech and any new products).
We have 2 Creative teams, and we are looking for a Creative Project Manager that can join our Creative Campaigns division to support us in the creative and production process of our advertising campaigns for the region. DiDi is a big Brand in markets like Mexico, Colombia an Chile, and we are constantly finding opportunities to generate more Brand Awareness and build the most relevant Brand in our industry. Most of our efforts today are targeted towards traditional media like TV and OOH, and in the past year we have been exploring the content and SoMe worlds.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Determine and define project scope and objectives for DiDi's Creative campaigns
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources in an effective and efficient manner
  • Prepare budget based on scope of work and resource requirements
  • Track projects in order to meet deadlines and deliveries
  • Develop and manage a detailed project schedule and work plan
  • Provide project updates on a consistent basis to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress
  • Lead RFP processes along with Procurement and Legal teams
  • Utilize industry best practices, techniques, and standards throughout entire project execution
  • Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
  • Measure project performance to identify areas for improvement
Role Qualifications:
  • Have between 2 and 4 years of experience in the fields of Advertising, Production and Creative Campaign Management
  • You have a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising or Communications
  • You are energetic, extroverted, collaborative and love to work in a respectful and diverse culture
  • You are a solid Project Manager for complex campaigns that involve many countries, businesses, media channels and stakeholders
  • You are fluent in English
