The Law Firm of Fatima Johnson, an Immigration firm located in Indianapolis, Indiana is seeking a full-time, Remote Client Success Coordinator to join our team! Ideal candidate must be able to present a friendly and professional first impression to clients and work with minimal supervision in a fast-paced environment.

Client Success Coordinator Mission:
- To enhance the quality of client management, maximize satisfaction, and promote cost effectiveness. The successful candidate will be accountable for the full client case cycle. Client Success Coordinators must remain aware of clients' needs and concerns.
Daily Tasks/Responsibilities: Answering Phones; Directing Calls
- Handle client phone calls forwarded from the receptionist
- Checking Voicemails; taking messages; following up with callers
- Scheduling meetings/calls for attorneys and paralegals
- Track and enter all mail into department computer systems
- Prepare client correspondence
- Open and close all case files
- Translation of client documents from English to Spanish and Spanish to English
- Prepare client records and FOIA requests to state and federal courts and agencies
- Prepare immigration forms and applications packages
- Maintaining familiarity with collections policy; advise clients as needed
- Recording payment information
- Document control
- Maintaining professional attitude/appearance
- Maintaining confidentiality of all employees/clients
- Other administrative tasks
**This description is not exhaustive. Certain tasks will change from time to time but the core functions listed above will remain the primary responsibilities.
Required:
- Must be able to work weekdays Mon-Fri 8:30am – 5:30pm Eastern Standard Time
- Must have a quiet space to work
- Must be fluent in Spanish and English (native level English required)
- Must have at least one year of experience in customer service, sales, or related field
- Must have 4 years of college or equivalent experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook
- Exceptional communication skills
- Superior decision-making skills
- Competency to serve clients from a variety of cultures
- Bring Your Own Device (BYOD) Program - must be able to provide your own equipment and set-up your own workstation
- Secured home internet access (no Hotspots) through modem or router; Preferred hard-wired connection through ethernet cable to modem
- Reliable internet connection of at least 30 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload
- Windows desktop or laptop:
- Windows 10 (or later)
- x64-based 2GHz processor
- 8 GB RAM
- 500 MB of free storage space
- Anti-virus software
- Headset required
- Smartphone required
Preferred:
- Knowledge of Immigration Law
- Associates or Bachelor's degree in a related field
We offer:
- 100% Remote work
- $13,000MXN - $15,000MXN monthly gross
- Fully paid training
- Work from Monday to Friday with 2 days off.
