We have an exciting opportunity for an exceptional individual to work supporting one of our clients as a Team manager

Preferred experience:

• Proven leadership experience in a similar role.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

• Strong organizational and time management abilities.

• Ability to make informed decisions under pressure.

• Experience using CRM and other productivity tools (Salesforce, Outreach, Sales

Navigator, Google Apps)

• Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

• Knowledge of relevant industry standards and regulations.

• C1+ English and Spanish Spoken and Written proficiency

Responsibilities

Analyze sales data and trends to make informed decisions and recommendations.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance overall business performance.

• Conduct regular performance evaluations and set goals for individual team

members.

• Foster a positive team culture and maintain open communication channels within the

team.

• Coordinate and allocate tasks, ensuring optimal resource utilization and efficiency.

• Monitor team performance metrics, identify areas for improvement, and implement

corrective actions.

• Act as a point of contact between team members and management, conveying

updates and concerns.
