Minimum qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience in program or project management.
  • Experience with consumer facing products.
Preferred qualifications:
  • 5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects.
  • Experience with release management life-cycles and project milestones.
  • Experience in service operations in the consumer electronics industry.
  • Experience building and operating reverse logistics programs.

Responsibilities

  • Build and manage Google's consumer hardware service operations aligning with our global strategy.
  • Lead relationships with local vendors, ensuring they meet performance and timeline goals.
  • Own the customer experience, operational performance, and financial results in the country.
  • Collaborate across teams to develop innovative programs that ensure support for customer returns and repair
  • Track performance metrics, create scorecards, and conduct regular business reviews.
