What you will do

• Design and develop intuitive UI/UX for phones, smart glasses, and tablets;
• Create wireframes, prototypes, diagrams, large-scale flows, and user scenarios to effectively convey design concepts;
• Work closely with the stakeholders to understand business needs and integrate feedback into design iterations;
• Lead and present recurring design reviews to the customer’s team;
• Collaborate with developers, product owners, and team leads to support implementation and address any design-related queries;
• Design within technical, business, and time constraints, ensuring a balance between innovation and practicality;

Must haves

• Hands-on exposure to the software development lifecycle (SDLC), technical problem-solving, and working closely with requirements throughout the development process
• Experience in understanding complex concepts, diagramming large-scale flows with logic checks
• 5+ years of professional experience in UX/UI design within a product/application development team.
• Experience in creating prototypes or detailed wireframes for complex applications.
• Proficiency in Figma and similar tools.
• Relevant experience with corp-level dashboards
• Proficiency in communicating complex design concepts clearly across different levels of the organization.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design, user research, user testing, rapid prototyping, usability, and accessibility.

Nice to haves

• Experience in complex industries like banking, healthcare, or distribution is a big plus.
