Overview:

The Operations Strategist role is designed for an entry-level professional eager to develop a career in operations management within the tech industry. This position is critical to the success of TeamStation AI’s mission to attract, screen, and present top technical talent to our clients. As an Operations Strategist, you will work closely with both our Platform and AI technical teams to ensure that we consistently meet client expectations and deliver high-quality candidates. This role requires strong communication skills, excellent client-facing abilities, and the potential to scale to a senior level within a few years.

Key Responsibilities:

Talent Engagement & Screening:

Collaborate with the Platform and AI teams to attract and screen top technical talent.

Conduct initial technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications and fit for specific client requirements.

Prepare and present candidate profiles to clients, ensuring alignment with their technical and cultural needs.

Client Relationship Management:

Act as the primary point of contact for clients during the candidate presentation process.

Maintain regular communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide updates on candidate search progress. Ensure a seamless experience for clients, addressing any concerns promptly and professionally.

Operational Strategy & Execution:

Work closely with the Senior Operations Manager to develop and implement strategies for optimizing the talent acquisition process.

Utilize the TeamStation AI platform to manage workflows, track candidate progress, and ensure efficient operations. Analyze operational data to identify areas for improvement and contribute to the continuous enhancement of processes.

Collaboration with Technical Teams:

Liaise with the Platform and AI technical teams to ensure that the tools and systems used for talent acquisition are effective and up-to-date.

Provide feedback on platform performance and suggest enhancements based on operational needs and client feedback.

Sales Support:

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations Management, or a related field.

Excellent client-facing and communication skills, with strong proficiency in English. Ability to work collaboratively with technical teams and manage relationships with clients. Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Familiarity with tech platforms and an interest in AI and technical recruiting is a plus. Willingness to learn and grow within the role, with the potential to advance to a senior-level position.
