Position Summary

Provide nursing care following international and national guidelines, as well as offering quality attention based on the internal protocols and policies that have been proposed by the institution. Assess the clinical condition of patients comprehensively through the use of scales for the prevention and detection of different symptoms of drug withdrawal. Perform dependent and independent nursing activities with the clinic, use and document in the electronic medical record, as well as the clinical documentation of patients.

Job Skills

  • Comply with international goals and NOMs that are in force.
  • Work under the protocols and guidelines that have been established in Beōnd.
  • Observe, evaluate and analyze the signs and symptoms of patients using scales applicable to Beōnd patients, as well as maintain the closed circuit of communication with doctors.
  • Taking vital signs.
  • Application of medication orally, intravenously, intramuscularly, inhalation.
  • Preparation of clinical nursing notes under the SOAP scheme (subjective, objective, evaluation and plan).
  • Maintain clean work areas and storage of supplies that correspond to daily nursing work.
  • Participate in emergency protocols, emergencies and emergency situation disasters.
  • Provide the provider with the tools and space to carry out sampling, as well as the placement of invasive devices such as PICC or Midline.
  • Create and maintain a caring, safe, empathetic, compassionate environment for patients and staff in our facilities.
  • Attend trainings provided inside and outside the institution.
  • Continued education in the fields related to our work to understand trauma-focused care and psychedelic management.
  • Participate in collaboration with coaching and the activities department to achieve the therapeutic goals of patients.
  • Uploading laboratory and cabinet results to the system and information to the medical department.
  • Management of email and platform such as Excel and WORD.
  • Attend monthly Beōnd meetings.
  • Participate in the staffs's meditation and other mindfulness practices.

Job Requirements

  • Education: Bachelor's degree or higher.
  • Hospital experience 1 year at least ideally in Emergency Room or Intensive Care.
  • Fluent and written conversational English.
  • Office automation: Excel, Word, Email, Google Calendar.
  • Shift availability.
  • Availability to move (if necessary).
  • Have completed ACLS and keep it current (ideally).

Communication Monitoring:

· Monitor communication channels, including after-hours, to promptly address urgent needs or questions.

· Track after-hours interactions and response times to ensure near 24/7 client support.

Operational Continuity:

· Relay critical information to relevant team members to facilitate operational continuity and enhance client care.

· Maintain a log of all critical communications relayed and actions taken.

Task Management:

· Manage multiple tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment, maintaining the highest professional standards of concierge-level client service.

· Utilize metrics such as task completion rates and client service ratings to evaluate performance and identify growth areas.

Requirements

· Exceptional communication skills in English; Spanish proficiency is an advantage.

· Proven experience in customer service or sales, ideally within a healthcare or therapeutic setting, with a strong emphasis on using technology to improve service delivery.

· Proficiency in managing and analyzing sales operations metrics using CRM platforms and advanced HIPPA-compliant electronic medical records systems.

· Strong analytical skills and the ability to multitask effectively in a dynamic environment.

· Bachelor’s degree preferred.

· Availability to work flexible hours, including occasional after-hours, to meet the needs of international clients.

· Strict adherence to client confidentiality and data integrity standards.

· Participation in cultural activities to embody Beond’s brand values while on site.
