What You’ll Do
As a Business Development Executive, you’ll be responsible for finding and securing new customers, growing a strong book of business, and closing high-impact freight deals in a fast-paced, competitive environment.

Your Day Might Include:

  • Owning and expanding your territory with a hunter mentality
  • Generating and qualifying leads through outbound prospecting
  • Building and executing strategic plans to grow market share
  • Winning and growing key accounts, from first contact to long-term partnership
  • Delivering solutions that move freight and move the needle
  • Tracking your pipeline in our CRM and reporting on key wins and metrics

What You Bring to the Table

  • 3PL & Freight Brokerage sales experience
  • Bilingual: English & Spanish (Mandarin is a plus)
  • Willingness to travel up to 75%
  • Strong presentation and closing skills: you command a room and own the outcome
  • Competitive, high-energy mindset with a serious drive to succeed
  • Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRM and Microsoft Office
