C.R. England is hiring for a DRD Recruiter to work with the possible customers to get a CDL in one of our facilities providing a great customer service as the program gets explained in details about what makes us better than the competitors.
What you’ll be doing:
Responsible for selling and offering the CDL program with Premier trucking School ensuring the program and process is clear to the candidates in order to bring qualified shows through these activities:
  • Manage inquiries to achieve prompt contact and performance activity
  • Schedule and conduct interviews, pursue qualified candidates for enrollment
  • Participate in appropriate recruitment and enrollment
  • Responsible for recruiting qualified applicants in accordance with state and federal accreditation and Institute policies and regulations
  • Meet daily, weekly and monthly goals
  • 30+ Candidates to get ready for the upcoming weeks
Working Relationships:
  • Recruiting Staff, including all recruiters
  • DRD Management
  • Truck Driver applicants all across the US
What we require:
  • Must speak clear English
  • Must be proficient at typing
  • Must be strong in computer navigation skills
  • Must have friendly, customer service skills
  • Must have sales background at least 6 months
Important Notices:
  • Pay is base pay + uncapped commissions (10K MXN - 30K MXN, average recruiter makes 20K MXN)
